In short: Pinhub is a visual-feedback tool operated by Engineers Space LLC. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you are responsible for having the right to upload and share it. This summary is for convenience only — the numbered sections below are the binding agreement and control in the event of any conflict.

1. Agreement & who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding contract between you ("you", "your") and Engineers Space LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Pinhub", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Pinhub website, application, application programming interfaces, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing a shared link, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, and capable of forming a binding contract, to use the Service. The Service is not available to anyone previously suspended or removed by us, or barred from receiving it under applicable law (including applicable export-control and sanctions laws).

Pinhub uses passwordless, magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account associated with your Pinhub account and for all activity that occurs under your account. A workspace is created when you first sign in; the workspace owner controls members, roles, and billing, and is responsible for the conduct of users they invite.

  • You must provide an accurate email address and keep it current.
  • You must promptly notify us at support@usepinhub.com of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Workspace admins may add, remove, or change the roles of members at any time, and are responsible for managing access within their workspace.

3. The service

Pinhub lets you upload screenshots, drop pinned comments and threads on them, organize them, and share them for review — including with guests who do not have an account. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid materially degrading the core Service for active paid subscribers without notice, but the Service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis and no specific feature is guaranteed to remain available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not, and will not permit any user, member, or guest to:

  • Upload, store, share, or transmit content that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person.
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, sexually exploitative, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content, or content that depicts or facilitates the abuse of minors.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or otherwise interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts, workspaces, screenshots, threads, or share links.
  • Circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat any access control, share-link revocation, password protection, rate limit, usage limit, or security feature of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
  • Use the Service to build or train a competing product, to resell or provide it as a service bureau without our written permission, or to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from it by automated means not offered through our documented interfaces.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam), to violate the privacy of others, or in any way that violates applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
  • Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service, or use it in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or disable content or access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, or that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us, our users, or third parties.

5. Your content & responsibilities

You retain all rights you hold in the screenshots, comments, replies, pins, and other materials you upload or create ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, and create technical derivatives of Your Content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide it to you and the people you share with. This license lasts only as long as we retain Your Content under Section 12 and our retention practices, and it ends when Your Content is deleted, except for residual copies retained for a limited period in backups or as required by law.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the consequences of uploading and sharing it. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and share Your Content and to grant the license above; (b) Your Content and its use by us in accordance with these Terms do not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any law; and (c) where Your Content includes personal data relating to other people (for example, screenshots that capture names, emails, or other identifying information), you have a valid legal basis to provide that data to us for processing. Our handling of personal data within Your Content is described in our Privacy Policy, and for business customers is further governed by our Data Processing Addendum, available on request.

6. Guests & shared links

The Service lets you share a screenshot through an unguessable link so that reviewers can comment as guests without an account, and optionally to protect that link with a password (on paid plans). You control whether a link is active and may revoke it at any time, which disables access for all copies of that link.

You are solely responsible for deciding who to share links with, for what guests do or contribute through your links, and for the contents of any screenshot you share. Anyone with an active link (and the password, if set) can view the screenshot and comment as a guest. Do not share links containing confidential, sensitive, or personal information with people who should not see it. We are not responsible for access obtained by anyone you, your members, or your guests share a link with.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you. Feedback is provided voluntarily and is not Your Content.

8. Plans, billing & renewals

Pinhub offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Team). The current plans, their features and limits, and their prices are described on our pricing page and presented to you at the point of purchase; those displayed terms are incorporated into these Terms when you subscribe.

  • Payment processor. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the workspace then reverts to the Free plan and its limits.
  • Failed payments & downgrades. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may temporarily preserve your plan while the issue is resolved. If the subscription is ultimately not paid, it may be cancelled and the workspace reverted to the Free plan, which may make content exceeding Free limits inaccessible until you upgrade or reduce usage.
  • Taxes. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes, and we may collect them where required.
  • Price changes. We may change prices and the composition of plans. For paid subscribers, material price increases take effect at the next renewal after we provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email).
  • Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, unused capacity, or downgrades.

Consumers in the EEA and UK. Where you purchase as a consumer and have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase, by subscribing and requesting immediate access to the paid Service you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for payment processing, hosting, storage, and email delivery) and may interoperate with services we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Our list of key service providers is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, and all intellectual-property rights in it, are owned by Engineers Space LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, trademarks, or branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

11. Copyright & takedowns

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at copyright@usepinhub.com (or Engineers Space LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, Attn: Copyright Agent), including: identification of the work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove allegedly infringing content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your workspace or account through the in-app controls. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if: you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy; we are required to by law or by a third-party provider; or we reasonably determine that doing so is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or to address risk of harm or legal exposure.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete Your Content in accordance with our retention practices, and you are responsible for exporting any content you wish to keep beforehand. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5 (license grant for retained content), 7, 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, and 20 — survive.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements, or that any content (including Your Content) will be preserved without loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In that case, such warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • In no event will Engineers Space LLC, or its members, managers, employees, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — for example, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any non-waivable statutory rights of consumers. If you are a consumer, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country of residence, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Engineers Space LLC and its members, managers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any right of a third party, including in connection with content you upload or links you share. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us. This Section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by email or an in-app or on-site notice — and update the "last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Subject to Section 18, the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. If you are a consumer, this Section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence where applicable law so requires.

18. Dispute resolution & arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and, where it applies, requires individual arbitration instead of court trials or class actions.

Except as limited below, you and Engineers Space LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association), seated in Wyoming, and governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Class-action waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
  • Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
  • Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@usepinhub.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration.

Consumers in the EEA, UK, and elsewhere. If you are a consumer and the mandatory law of your country of residence prohibits pre-dispute arbitration agreements or class-action waivers, or guarantees you access to your local courts, then this Section does not apply to you to that extent and does not deprive you of those mandatory protections. The remainder of these Terms continues to apply. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or utility failures, or failures or outages of third-party providers.

20. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they incorporate are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them, for example in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
  • Notices. We may provide notices to you by email, through the Service, or on the website. You may contact us as set out below.
  • Language. These Terms are provided in English, which is the authoritative version; any translation is for convenience only.
